All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for AO Scan services, NES Health scans, or any other bioenergetic assessments. Due to the nature of these services, once a scan has been conducted, the process cannot be reversed or refunded.

To respect both your time and ours, we have the following policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
• No-shows without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of the session without refund.
